Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of payment verification. You will receive a call or message from us to confirm your delivery window before dispatch.

Order Processing

• bKash / Bank Transfer: Orders are processed after we verify your payment, which takes 1–2 business hours during working hours (9 am – 7 pm, Saturday to Thursday).
• Cash on Delivery: Orders are dispatched after we confirm your address and delivery window with you over the phone.

Returns

We want you to love every Paper Birds purchase. If something isn't right, here's what to do:

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Change of Mind

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been opened, used, or had their packaging removed
• Custom or personalised orders
• Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bKash number or bank account used for payment). Cash on Delivery refunds are sent via bKash. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.
