Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Paper Birds. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Paper Birds is a stationery brand based in Bangladesh. We design and sell handcrafted notebooks, stationery, arts & craft supplies, and related products. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Paper Birds.
2. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are representative — minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings or handcrafted nature of our items.
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or placing the order with the consent of a parent or guardian
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
- You authorise us to contact you at the phone number or email provided to confirm and arrange delivery
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product becomes unavailable or if we cannot verify the transaction.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- bKash — send the specified amount to our bKash number and provide your transaction ID at checkout
- Bank Transfer — transfer to our bank account and provide the reference number at checkout
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash when your order is delivered
Orders paid via bKash or bank transfer will be processed only after payment is verified by our team, which typically takes 1–2 business hours. We are not responsible for payment errors caused by incorrect transaction IDs submitted by the customer.
5. Delivery
Shipping charges are:
- Inside Dhaka: ৳80
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120
Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days inside Dhaka and 3–7 business days outside Dhaka. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery is to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product images, designs, logos, and text — is the property of Paper Birds and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paper Birds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
