Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your bag, then click "Proceed to Checkout". Fill in your delivery details, choose a shipping method, select your payment option, and click "Place Order". That's it!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For bKash and bank transfer, simply send the payment and enter your transaction reference at checkout — we verify it and dispatch your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible via our contact page or by phone. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually make changes. Once dispatched, we're unable to cancel.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. Our website is served over HTTPS. We never ask for your card details — payments go directly through bKash or your bank. We only store the reference number you provide.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is ৳80 for deliveries inside Dhaka and ৳120 outside Dhaka. The cost is calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days. We'll contact you to confirm the delivery window before dispatching.
Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?
Not currently. We deliver anywhere within Bangladesh. International shipping may be available in the future — follow us to stay updated.
How will I know when my order is on its way?
We'll call or message you at the phone number you provided to confirm dispatch and arrange a convenient delivery time.
Products
Are your products handmade?
Many of our products are handcrafted or hand-finished, particularly our notebooks, journals, and art supplies. Product descriptions note when items are handmade.
The colour looks slightly different from the photo. Is that normal?
Yes, this is normal. Screen colours vary from device to device, and some of our products are handmade — minor variations in colour or texture are part of what makes each piece unique.
An item I want is out of stock. Will it come back?
Most items are restocked regularly. Use the contact form to ask about a specific product and we'll let you know when it's available.
Returns & Refunds
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
Yes — unused, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, refunds are processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method.
